At 118ink.com delivery is FREE on all UK orders no matter how big or small. Orders to be delivered outside the UK will incur a charge.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm on the same day. Our standard Free delivery uses Royal Mail 2nd Class post which means that, on average, your 118ink.com purchase will take 2-4 working days to arrive.

A compatible re-manufactured ink cartridge is a non-OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) new cartridge. They are manufactured by a third party factory to the OEM specifications. Each 118ink.com re-filled ink cartridge is carefully manufactured and tested to ensure we send you a quality product.

A re-manufactured ink cartridge is a re-filled original cartridge. These recycled cartridges are then re-manufactured and refilled. Re-manufactured cartridges are cheaper and often contain more ink than the originals.

According to Hewlett-Packard the use of a re-filled cartridge does not affect the warranty unless failure or damage is attributable to it. As far as we are aware, this is typical of all manufacturers’ warranties and we understand that the Office of Fair Trading has written to printer manufacturers making this clear. The ink does not touch any part of the printer or internal parts other than the cartridge and print head. The ink is applied to the paper as the paper is fed through the printer. We have never had a problem with our re-filled cartridges causing damage to a printer.

OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer. So an OEM ink cartridge has been manufactured by the same company who manufactured the printer.
